Name, phone and stay details are used to handle booking enquiries and contact the guest. A separate, unticked consent box is provided before form submission. Online submission is currently disabled; contact the hotel by phone or email to book.

The server uses LitePMS to check availability and prices. The homepage uses Google Fonts and a Yandex map. WhatsApp, Booking.com and Ostrovok links open external services with their own data policies.
