How to book

Select dates, a room category and guests, then check availability and price. Contact the hotel to confirm your reservation. A price check alone does not create a confirmed reservation. Online confirmation and payment are currently unavailable.

Prices by date

The total depends on your dates. Nights marked by the hotel as exhibition nights carry a KZT 5,000 room supplement. Extra beds, breakfast and transfers are separate. Catalogue prices marked “from” are base rates.

Check-in and extra beds

Check-in: from 13:00. Check-out: by 12:00, Almaty time (UTC+05:00). Superior standard rooms, junior suites and suites may offer a sofa bed with linen at KZT 5,000 per person per night, within category capacity. Contact the hotel about children and check-in documents. Early check-in and late check-out are not offered on the website.
